Design Document - Putting Chicago Pizza on the Map

Purpose: A food tour company wanted to improve their onboarding and training of employees to address a popular theme among their tours and guests' questions, pizza! The training aims to improve the guide's understanding of the history of pizza in Chicago, providing customer recommendations of where to get different styles after their tour, and delight them with lesser-known fun pizza facts.

Design Document - Composting

Purpose: Designed to solve the problem of a local urban composting company that was having issues with their customers sorting their materials correctly. In addition to providing an overview of the basics of composting, learners are tested with a fun and interactive sorting game.

Storyboard - Outlook

Purpose: This microlearning was developed as part of a bite-sized learning series to provide quick tips to employees. The theme of this example is setting up a rule to delay all outgoing emails by 1 minute.
