Preventing Bias in Interviews - VILT

Purpose: An essential part of reducing bias in a workplace environment begins with the interview stage. This training is part of a series for Hiring Managers focused explicitly on interviewer bias, covered what it is, how it plays a role in hiring, and what individual hiring managers can do to reduce it. This training is designed for a virtual environment that can be scaled up or down, dependent on group size.
