My Experience

As an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, Learning Experience Designer, and Program Manager, I understand the positive impact that great learning tools can have on an organization. I create engaging and interactive learning experiences that utilize adult learning theory to help learners relate and apply valuable information to their work.

I have experience applying concepts of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to designing impactful experiences across modalities and in diverse and multicultural settings. My work has included full lifecycle program design and development, strategic planning, road mapping, data analysis, budget control, pricing, project management, and client relations. At the core of my professional pursuits is a passion for working within systems to create positive change. I have a talent for organization, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people.

About Me

On a personal note, I grew up in the Midwest but found myself pursuing opportunities to move and travel throughout my life. It began with a three-week exchange to France in fifth grade before becoming a Rotary Youth Exchange student in Lithuania for my junior year of high school. I then went on to study abroad five times (in Germany, Scotland, Vietnam, Italy, and Cambodia) during my undergraduate and graduate degrees. To say I'm a curious person who likes to learn about other cultures is an understatement. I put great importance on growing my intercultural competence to understand the perspective of others better.

My passions include technology, cooking, and fiber arts. As a lifelong learner, I'm continuously expanding my interests and skill set. I deeply value equity and inclusion, social justice, critical thinking, and evidence-based communication.
